My name is Tamika Colborne.
I am a pregnancy, birth and postnatal Doula, Hypnobirthing Australia Caregiver, Pregnancy Massage Therapist, Crystal Healer and a Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Teacher.
I am located in Gladstone QLD but i also extend my services to Rockhampton, Yeppoon, Biloela, Mariam Vale, Calliope, Agnes Waters, 1770, Bundaberg and surrounding areas.
I am a proud mother of three boys and during my journey through motherhood i learnt first hand just how little support the women in our community had during pregnancy, birth and postnatally, that i set out on a path to make a positive change. Being able to give women educated and caring support in offering techniques and services around pregnancy, birth and postpartum is a fulfilling role i hold very close to my heart and feel very blessed in being able to help to make the amazing and unique role us women get to endure, “motherhood” just that little bit easier. After all becoming a mother whether its your first or subsequent pregnancies are all equally one of the biggest and most memorable parts of a womans life, and they need to be treated with the upmost care and support. So here i am trying to make a positive impact to be there for women open heartedly and with no judgement, to help give a positive pregnancy, birthing and postpartum experience. To give you the strength and power to birth your baby. To give you guidance through this journey. To give you knowledge so that you can feel empowered and fearless in making the right decision for you and your baby. But mostly to give you love and support to make you feel calm and safe.
I feel enthusiastic and devoted to educating Gladstone and opening up a whole new world of birthing.
