My name is Tahlia, and I believe that birth is a profound experience often underestimated in its impact.
Every woman deserves to feel safe and respected during pregnancy.
Recently I have shifted my focus from nursing and midwifery to become a doula, where I can emphasise your freedom of choice and autonomy. I’ve recognised that the care people often needed the most is feeling heard, seen, recognised, and valued for who they are.
I am on a mission to redefine the perception of birth, advocating for a holistic, individualised, and woman-centred approach. In my practice, you always come first.
I believe in treating birth as an opportunity to connect and listen to your body. My values centre around creating a safe environment for women and their families, empowering them to listen to their inner wisdom and forge a deep connection with their baby.
I have experience in:

- Toddler coaching
- Disability support work
- Training to become a counsellor – only about 2 months to go
