Hey, I’m Eloise… but pretty much everyone calls me Tink. 💛
I’m the heart (and probably the chaos) behind A Mothers Realm.
I’m a neurodivergent mum to four incredible neurodivergent kiddos, and I live in Morphett Vale, South Australia with my amazing partner, Katie. Our house is loud, full of love, sensory toys, snack wrappers… and honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way.
I also run a beautiful natural living and essential oils community called Wholesome Realm, because helping families feel supported has always been part of who I am.
After the birth of my first daughter, something shifted in me. I knew I was meant to be in the birth space.
Not because birth is always magical (because sometimes it’s messy, hard, emotional and completely unpredictable), but because every family deserves to feel seen, heard, respected and genuinely supported through one of the biggest moments of their lives.
I know what it’s like to walk away wishing someone had truly had your back. I never want another parent to feel that way.
Over the years, I’ve had countless families message me asking how they can use essential oils during pregnancy, labour and postpartum. I loved sharing everything I knew… but eventually I realised something.
I didn’t just want to send voice notes and recommendations.
I wanted to be there.
Holding your hand.
Rubbing your back.
Reminding you just how bloody incredible you are.
Helping your partner feel confident too.
Passing you your water bottle for the fiftieth time.
Putting your oils on (if that’s your thing).
Cheering you on through every contraction.
Advocating when you need a voice.
Making you laugh when things get intense.
And reminding you that you’ve absolutely got this, all whilst supporting your birth partner too.
I’m especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent families and LGBTQIA+ families because everyone deserves birth support that feels safe, affirming, inclusive and free from judgement. You should never have to explain or minimise who you are in your birth space.
Whoever you are, however your family looks, however your birth unfolds… I’m here to support your choices.
No judgement.
No pressure.
No “shoulds.”
Just evidence-based support, a whole lot of heart, and someone who’s unapologetically themselves.
If you’re looking for a doula who feels more like your supportive best friend than a stranger in the room… I might just be your person.
I’ll celebrate your wins, sit with you through the hard moments, tell you the truth when you need it, laugh with you, cry with you, and remind you of your strength when you’ve forgotten it yourself.
You deserve to feel safe.
You deserve to feel empowered.
You deserve to feel deeply supported.
I can’t wait to cheer you on.
Big love,
Eloise (aka Tink) x
